Unique Voice CIC
8 September 2025
Unique Voice CIC is a brilliant Bristol-based organisation who deliver drama, storytelling, and arts programmes in schools and communities, giving children space to explore important topics such as mental health, relationships, and personal safety in ways that feel engaging, and joyful.
At the heart of it all is a commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and compassion – values that align strongly with our own.
Young people today face a complex mix of pressures: rising anxiety, peer-on-peer abuse, online and offline violence, and economic hardship that affects home life and the services they rely on. These realities make early, creative intervention more vital than ever. Unique Voice uses drama and storytelling to give young people resilience, a voice, and the support they need during their formative years.
Since 2011, they have reached over 120,000 young people, becoming a trauma-informed organisation with a proven track record in boosting confidence, autonomy, and emotional wellbeing.
True inclusion means meeting young people where they are – an approach that shines through in their free holiday activities, offered annually to hundreds of disadvantaged children. Children, particularly those eligible for free school meals, enjoy drama, art, crafts, and outdoor play in safe, accessible settings, with trained facilitators providing one-to-one care, sensory support, and opportunities to build social and emotional skills through joy and imagination.
We’re excited to see how Unique Voice continues to nurture creativity, confidence, and resilience, ensuring every young person, regardless of background, feels heard, valued, and full of possibility.
