Bristol Young Jazz Ambassadors

We have also co-funded a lockdown music project with Bristol Beacon’s flagship youth jazz ensemble, Bristol Young Jazz Ambassadors. During lockdown we co funded an exciting project with Bristol Young Jazz Ambassadors, an experimental and cross-genre band for instrumentalists aged 14-18 years. Members of the band rehearsed virtually to create this rendition of Abdullah Ibrahim’s track Calypso Minor, arranged and produced by Bristol Saxophonist Craig Crofton.
